How to Joomla

Installation and implementation of Joomla 2.5
Download the installing file and save it. Please do not depacketize the file. Log in to the administrational surface of your Joomla installation and proceed to install the extension as usual. Click to your menu add-ons  -> modules. Click "New" to generate a new module. Choose the module "Vedian search" . Fill in the gaps as usual.                                                                                                                                                                                 

Parameter 

Height 

Insert a pixel height number for your module. This field will be reserved for the search results.

VendorID
Insert your Vedian VendorID. This is mandatory so that the search results will be filtered and only your properties will be displayed. If you do not want to filter the results, you may leave the value 1. 

How to Wordpress

Installation and implementation of Joomla 2.5
Download the installing file and save it. Please do not depacketize the file. Log in to the administrational surface of your Wordpress installation and proceed to install the extension as usual. Click to your menu plugins -> installed plugins. Choose the module "Vedian search" . Click "Activate" to make it available. The search mask is now available in the content area if your Wordpress webpage. If you want to change this please follow the following steps. Choose the menu plugin -> editor. Then choose "Vedian-Search". When you click "Choose" you can edit the plugin.
Search the file for the line beginning with "add_filter". Replace this line with the value 'the_content' with your desired value.

Installation and implementation of Typo3

Download the installing file and save it. Please do not depacketize the file.  Log in to the administrational surface of your Typo3 installation and proceed to install the extension as usual. Click to your main menu -> pages. Click to the desired site on which the extension may occur. Choose a content column and press "create a new data file at the beginning of this page". Choose "Vedian search" in your plugin list. Fill in the parameters if necessary and save it.
